PVC Tent tarpaulin is a kind of PVC coated tarpaulin. Weight from 650gsm to 850gsm. 650gsm was used to make the side wall of the tent. 850gsm is a blackout, it is used to make the roof of the tent. Tent tarpaulin is always lacquered on both sides to make the tarpaulin self-clean. Heli's tent tarpaulin is made by an Italian coating machine, it is UV resistant, mildew proof, and fire retardant. Heli's PVC tarpaulin has high tear strength, it can reach 350N/5CM. Adhesion strength exceed 120N/5CM
Heli use Italian coating machine and imported raw material to make the tent tarpaulin, the lifespan our out tarpaulin can last for 10 years.
Heli's tent tarpaulin is knife coated tarpaulin, it is very smooth on both side, and lacquered with acrylic. So it is easy to clean.
Heli's tent tarpaulin is mildew proof, it can withstand the extremely humid climate in South Asia. And we can also make it fire retardant according customers requirement, such as NFPA701, or B1, or M1.
PVC tent tarpaulin can be welt by hot air welding machine or high frequency welding machine. Hot air welding is quick, but it suitable to weld light weight PVC tarpaulin. For high weight tarpaulin, such as 850gsm tent tarpaulin, we need to use high frequency welding machine.
